Direct Entertainment Plus – Our commitment is to offer a member the ability to purchase CD’s DVD’s and Video Games at distributor cost. With thousands of available titles, at Direct Entertainment Plus we continually strive to increase our product selection.
Membership: A non-refundable one-year membership fee of $19.95 is required when setting up an account. Direct Entertainment Plus does not mark up any of the product and covers the cost of shipping, credit card, taxes and third party billing fees. Membership is automatically renewed every 12 months unless a cancellation request is received prior to renewal. Membership is only for purchasing merchandise at distributor cost. Direct Entertainment Plus is not affiliated with any other company and or merchandise sold through hyperlinks on our website. Shipping charges and taxes may apply when purchasing directly from any of these websites.
Membership Rules: Membership is solely for families and is not an outlet to furnish and supply retailers. There may be a limit on certain items and members must respect these limits. Direct Entertainment Plus monitors the orders and has the right to cancel an order and the non-refundable membership if the above mentioned policy is not adhered to.
Ordering: While most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days, orders can take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery, depending on title availability. Only active titles appear on the website. ‘Active’ means that the product is available in the suppliers catalog. The supplier has the right to cancel or delete an item at anytime. Direct Entertainment Plus will notify the customer if their item is no longer available and will refund the entire purchase price for the item.
Order Cancellations: Cancellation of an order, in whole or part cannot be accepted without the Seller’s consent in writing. Orders cannot be cancelled once the title has already shipped. Should the member request to return an item, they must receive a return authorization number from Direct Entertainment Plus (RMA#). This RMA # must be clearly identified on the return shipment in order to properly credit the member once the product is received. Credits can take 2 to 4 weeks to process. The member is responsible for the cost of any return shipping if a return authorization is issued.
Full Refund Returns:
1. Incorrect Item- Direct Entertainment Plus will refund your payment for an item that was erroneously shipped if the returned item is undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*)
2. Not-As-Advertised: If the item you received is not as advertised on Direct Entertainment Plus due to evident incorrect information posted online, you may return it, undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*)
3. Defective Item: Direct Entertainment Plus will refund your payment for a defective item when the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
Preference Returns: Contact Direct Entertainment Plus to begin the process of returning your item if it is undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*). You will be refunded for the item only less shipping charges. Direct Entertainment Plus cannot make an exchange for a different item; a new order will have to be placed if you wish to receive a different item. Please Note: We are unable to process any returned items that do not have an authorized return number issued by Direct Entertainment Plus. Please see our Return Procedure below for easy instructions on how to complete your return.

Direct Entertainment Plus is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Shipping:
Shipping is included in your purchase price, there are no hidden shipping costs. Direct Entertainment Plus reserves the right to use the lowest cost shipping method available. Shipping charges and taxes are including in the price when a purchase is made by using the checkout at Direct Enertainment Plus. Shipping charges and taxes may apply when using a hperlink that directs you to another suppliers website. For example: If you click on a banner or widget from Amazon and your directed to their website then you may pay shipping and taxes.
Shipping Delays: Please remember that the following holidays may delay order processing and/or shipping: Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Local, State, Provincial and National Holidays.
Please note that due to fraudulent orders, Direct Entertainment Plus does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure no shipping delays from time of order.
Direct Entertainment Plus is not responsible for miss shipped items if the members shipping information is not completed properly.
